Email domain support

Peek supports all major providers including Exchange (Webmail), Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail, MSN, Live, and many other regional providers. Give us a call at 877-677-PEEK (7335) if you want to confirm that we support your email provider.

Peek also supports POP3 and IMAP4 service providers.

Microsoft Exchange Support

Peek supports a few variations of Exchange; Peek can support your Exchange account:

  • If you are using a hosted Microsoft Exchange server.
  • If you have public web access to your Exchange over the internet.
  • If your Exchange web access is a simple form.
  • If your Exchange web URL is using a signed SSL certificate - e.g. Verisign, Thawte, etc. You can verify this with your Exchange administrator/support.
  • If your Exchange server is not integrated with an active director.
  • If you do not need any special secure id or keys to access your email over the web.

Peek can not support your Microsoft Exchange if:

  • Your Exchange does not have public web access.
  • Your Exchange needs a tunnel or VPN to have web access.
  • Your Exchange web access uses a self signed certificate. You can verify this with your Exchange admin/support.
  • Your 2007 Exchange server uses Microsoft ISA OR a Front-End/Back-End configuration. You can verify this with your Exchange administrator/support.

Easy activation

Activation takes about a minute - all we need is your email address and password. We also require that you register your credit card for on-going service.

Push Mail support

Peek Pronto supports Push Mail.
Gmail (Google Business accounts), Hotmail, Live, and MSN support deliver email instantly, while we are working to achieve similar delivery times with Exchange, and AOL soon. Emails from all other providers will be delivered to Peek within 5 minutes of receipt of the mailbox.

Attachment support

Peek currently supports viewing of jpg, gif, bmp and tiff images, word documents, and PDFs.

If you receive an attachment you can forward the attachment from your Peek device. And of course, you can view the attachments on you desktop or laptop when you get to the office.

Coverage

Peek offers coverage throughout the US with nationwide wireless service. There's no need to look for wi-fi hotspots, with Peek you've got coverage.

Peek does not currently provide service outside the US.
